If I let go of where the mind wants to be, let go of trying to get somewhere, or be someone,
instead, I can hear to where body intuitively needs to be, in order to release.
When I pay more attention to my inner-world listening to sensations, I go deeper and deeper into releasing what tensions may be holding, forming something I am not. As the illusions fall away, I become more receptive, more responsive to my outer-world. More alive.
If I change the way I react to murky sensations that surface, instead respond with an inner smile...
my hips breathe. When I let my hips breath, I let go the undoing of tensions - surfacing to release, my hips breath softly, soft and sweet.
