What we do:
Neglected emotions often manifest into disease and weaknesses. You know, the ones we avoid, the ones we shut out especially the gritty ones, consequently enduring a pain body.

These sessions will help establish an inward vision to untether residual emotions (known and unknown) involving slow conscious movement, deep breath with somatic healing - illuminating the whole body.

For everybody. Especially those experiencing nervousness, anxiety, fear, fibromyalgia, hypersensitivity.
