“I signed-up on this journey of Yoga & The Subtle Body which far exceeded my expectations. The wisdoms taught through often slower movements enabled me to experience and gain a deeper understanding of a somatic, embodied practice. Niamh’s creative way and use of language with words allowed me to explore my own creativity and feel a sense of self in my own body.”
