I have taught tantric heart-centred yoga and meditation for twenty years. I facilitate self-enquiry, healing, growth and change through breathwork, yoga nidra (NSDR), and somatic immersion infused with deep feminine essence.
As a guest teacher for 200hr TTC (YA)

The secret to peaceful living revealed
The secret to peaceful living is that it is effortless. The only energy asked is you lay down while your senses not only 'get to work' but vivify in doing so.
As well as meditation I have also found the secret to peaceful living in transformation of wakeful sleep. Also known as No Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR), yogic sleep and deep sleep alert awareness.
Meditation v Deep Rest
Both simple yet effectively profound render whole brain energising. Positively weaving through your life, and others, the distinguishing difference is meditation is active, the spine is upright. During NSDR the spine is supine, making the practise utterly effortless. The only energy asked of you is you lay down while your senses not only 'get to work' but vivify in doing so.
